Returns Policy

Return Period

Our returns policy allows for returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regrettably cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and efficient service management.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped directly from Velimiora
• Are in their original condition
• Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
• Were incorrectly shipped items
• Include the original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalised lighting fixtures
• Products with signs of installation or use
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team at ask@velimiora.com to initiate your return
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package your item securely with all original components
4. Include your RMA number and original proof of purchase
5. Ship to our returns address: 26 Coolgardie Ave, London E4 9HP, UK

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

• We will inspect the item within 2-3 business days
• You will receive an email confirming receipt and inspection results
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Please Note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• For orders with multiple items, refunds apply only to returned items
• Installation costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Faulty Items

For items received damaged or with manufacturing faults:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographs of the damage
• We will arrange collection at our expense
• Replacement items will be shipped as priority
